Ideal for men with persistent breast enlargement not resolving with weight loss or medication, and those bothered aesthetically or psychologically by chest fullness.
Procedure Steps
- Consultation and, if needed, ultrasound or labs
- Local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia
- Liposuction to remove excess fat
- Excision of glandular tissue through a small incision when required
- Closure, dressings and compression vest
Recovery
Return to daily activities in about 3–5 days. Compression vest is recommended for 3–4 weeks. Swelling diminishes over weeks; final results in 2–3 months.

Will there be scars?
Only small, discreet scars from the incisions; they usually fade over time.
